Transparency Secured by Time
Urutoken publishes verified on-chain proof for its token contract, team vesting wallet, and strategic reserve vesting wallet. This page is designed to make trust visible: verified contracts, fixed supply structure, vesting countdown, lock proof, and investor claim separation.
Vesting Unlock Timeline
Team and reserve tokens unlock gradually by smart contract logic.
Transparency Snapshot
Project-level proof belongs here. Buyer-specific claim information belongs inside the investor dashboard. This separation keeps presale buyers informed without confusing team and reserve vesting with their personal claim schedule.
Verified Contract Proof
These verified Etherscan references allow anyone to independently review the smart contract logic.
Urutoken V2
The verified ERC-20 token contract for URU. It defines fixed supply, allocations, burn capability, visible transfer limits, ownership, and vesting wallet creation.
Team Vesting Wallet
The team allocation is held inside a verified vesting wallet. This supports long-term alignment and reduces immediate team-side supply pressure.
Strategic Reserve Wallet
The strategic reserve allocation is also held inside a verified vesting wallet. This protects long-term flexibility without placing the full reserve into immediate circulation.
Team & Reserve Lock Structure
Urutoken uses verified OpenZeppelin-based VestingWallet contracts for team and reserve allocations. These tokens are released gradually by smart contract rules, not by manual control.
May 25, 2026 UTC
150,000,000 URU / 15% under 3-year vesting.
100,000,000 URU / 10% under 3-year vesting.
250,000,000 URU / 25% protected through verified vesting wallets.
No Manual Key Required
This is not a physical lock that needs a manual key. The “key” is time plus the authorized beneficiary wallet. Tokens become releasable according to the vesting formula written into the smart contract.
| Stage | Result |
|---|---|
| Before Start Date | 0 URU releasable |
| During Vesting | Linear release over time |
| After 3 Years | Fully vested and releasable |
Proof Flow
Contract source code is public and reviewable on Etherscan.
Team and reserve allocations are held under vesting contracts.
Buyers see only their own purchase and claim details inside the dashboard.
Buyer Claims Are Separate
The investor dashboard should show only the connected buyer’s purchased URU, claimable URU, claim schedule, and claim button. Team and reserve vesting data belongs on this transparency page, not inside the normal buyer dashboard.
- Buyer dashboard: purchased amount, claimable amount, claim button
- Transparency page: verified contracts, team lock, reserve lock
- Tokenomics page: allocation percentages and supply model
- Whitepaper: long-form explanation and risk disclosures
Visible Contract Principles
Urutoken is designed around public verifiability. Users should check official contract links, verified Etherscan pages, and official Urutoken communication channels.
- Fixed maximum supply structure
- Verified token contract
- Verified vesting wallets
- No hidden transaction tax mechanism in the token contract
- Visible anti-whale limits in the contract logic
Fixed Supply Structure
The URU token contract is structured around a maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 URU. Allocation details are published for community review.
3-Year Lock Narrative
Team and reserve allocations are not positioned as immediate circulating supply. The vesting structure supports a longer-term project view.
Open Verification
Verified contracts enable independent review. This page is intended to reduce uncertainty and strengthen trust.
Important transparency note
Transparency information is provided to help users understand project structure and on-chain references. It should not be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of future price performance.
Official verification path
Users should verify all contract addresses directly from official Urutoken pages and Etherscan. Avoid relying on contract addresses shared by unofficial accounts, unknown groups, or private messages.
